Template:Gal-begin

This template is the beginning marker of an image gallery. Leave it at its default values to produce a standard gallery, and modify its parameters to change the gallery in several ways. Here is a list of parameters:

• wid= Sets width of the image thumbnails.
• pos= Alignment of the gallery. Leave as default for the images to be center-aligned. Accepts right and left.
• col= Number of columns. Leave as default for a column number that adjusts to the page width. Accepts number values.
• spc= Spacing in between images. Accepts small, medium, and large.
• ori= Orientation of the images. Leave as default for the image thumbnails being presented in their default widths/heights with the biggest dimension being equal to the "wid" value. Accepts square, landscape, and portrait.
• cap-pos= The position of the captions of the images. Leave as default for the captions to be below, change to within to make the captions be inside the images.
• cap-aln= Alignment of the captions of the images. Leave as default for the captions to be center-aligned. Accepts right and left.
• cap-siz= Size of the captions of the images. Leave as default for the captions to be small. Accepts medium and large.
• cap-col= Color of the captions of the images. Leave as default for the captions to be black. Accepts standard web-color names and hexadecimals. Note: include # before hexadecimals.
• bor-col= Color of the borders of the images. Leave as default for the borders to be dark red. Accepts standard web-color names and hexadecimals. Note: include # before hexadecimals.
• bor-siz= Size of the borders of the images. Leave as default for the borders to be small. Accepts none, medium, and large.
