What's the site's policy on run times, specifically regarding seconds? I assume the policy is to round up after half a minute (so 1:30:31 would be listed as 91 minutes while 1:30:29 would be 90) since that seems to primarily be the case but I'd like official clarification before I add or change more. Thank you!
