Tokyo, Japan

It is quiet...too quiet. Usually, Tokyo is bustling with life. Tonight, however, there is no one. Not a car. Not a person. Not even a monorail train. The clambering of hooves can be heard in the distance. The sound starts to come closer and closer until we see the figure making the noise: Luna. She seems to be nearly out of breath, but keeps running. Explosions follow her, as if they just happen out of the blue. She turns to look behind, to see nothing, but seems horrified. Kiryu and Mothra arrive in the skies above, overlooking the ruins of the once bustling metropolis, now in an enormous inferno. They see the trail of explosions, and Kiryu starts scanning for any signs of life.

Mothra: Well, what is it?

Kiryu is wide eyed and is reluctant to tell what he has found.

Kiryu: It...

We hear only muffled speech as Kiryu has a flashback to 1954; when he still had flesh and bones.

Mothra: My god

Kiryu: Zilla

Luna screams in the distance.

Mothra and Kiryu: We're coming!

Luna has now been cornered. It seems as if she has cornered herself, because nothing is in front of her. Until a disembodied voice speaks.

???: Where...is...my...body?!

Luna blasts the disembodied voice with a horn beam, who roars in pain, sounding ghostly and faintly like ShodaiGoji. She turns into Irys, and starts to send her tentacles over to an empty space. They seem to constrict the figure, who's outline can now be seen. The figure reveals himself to be ShodaiGoji. He disappears and reappears behind Irys, who looks for the monster. He slashes at her backside, knocking her into a building. She rebounds and fires scalpel beams out of the tentacles, which do nothing to ShodaiGoji, even at full power. She lunges forward and slashes at the king with her arm blades, but he slashes at the blades with his claws. They engage in a blade fight, until he fires his atomic breath at Irys. The blast injures her enough to turn her back into Luna. ShodaiGoji gets ready to finish her off, until Kiryu appears and knocks him back.

ShodaiGoji: Ah. You were the one I was looking for. You have my bones. Give them back to me.

Kiryu: Not a chance. I have had a better life with other monsters. You brought devastation across the world, controlling all the other titans and kaiju, just looking for me.

Mothra: We had to go into hiding because of you. We are the only titans that can resist you.

ShodaiGoji calls for two more monsters, Clover and Zilla, who are in the mountains and sea respectively. They come fast, and join by Goji's side.

Luna, who is on Kiryu's shoulder: Who are these two?

Clover: We were killed in New York City, but Master Goji revived us so we could rule the world with him.

Zilla: Surrender to us now, or face the wrath of atomic war.

Kiryu: I'm afraid we can't do that.

ShodaiGoji: Then perish.

All the kaiju, including Luna in Irys form again, charge at each other, with Irys going at Zilla, Mothra battling Clover, and Kiryu and ShodaiGoji clashing. Mothra swoops down from the sky and slashes at the parasite with her mantis claws. Clover retaliates with a sucker-punch, sending the Divine Moth flying.

Clover: Not bad, but I'm still gonna beat your ass.

Mothra: Bring it.

Irys constricts Zilla with her tentacles, then slams him down. Zilla fires his green atomic breath at the mutant, and while knocking her back, she doesn't get injured.

Irys: Funny. You try to be like Godzilla, but you're not my husband.

All the other giants stop in their tracks.

All: WHAT?!

Irys: Oh yeah, I forgot. Godzilla ran away to Equestria, he got turned into a pony by Twilight, we met, got married, and had twins. He then revealed who he truly was and battled a bunch of Gyaos. Long story.

Mothra: I'm a grandmother?!

Irys: Yeah. I would have told you earlier, but he wanted his identity to be secret.

Kiryu: Well, at least we know he's-

Shodai cuts him off with an atomic blast to the face.

ShodaiGoji: THERE'S ANOTHER GODZILLA?!?! AND YOU, A PONY, MARRIED HIM?!?!?!

Irys: Yeah.

Shodai blasts Irys, turning her back into Luna and sending her flying away.

ShodaiGoji: Fight those two! I can't let her get away!

Clover and Zilla: Yes, my king!

Shodai starts to run to Luna, getting closer and closer, but then is hit with an electrified tree.

ShodaiGoji and Luna: What the...!

A cackling screech and a mighty roar can be heard. Luna flies to safety, and looks on as a giant human-like silhouette and a dragon-like silhouette approach Shodai. The two figures emerge from the smoke and are revealed: Kong and Ghidorah.

Shodai: I thought you two were under my control.

Ghidorah: There can only be one king, Shodai.

Kong: And you aren't that king.

Shodai roars in defiance and charges Kong and Ghidorah. Ghidorah grapples the evil spirit with his three heads, and Kong delivers a gut punch. Ghidorah then slams Shodai onto the ground, but he retaliates with atomic breath to both of the titans.

Shodai: That should take care of them for a while, now where is that mare?

He sees Luna in a building labeled "Toho Cinemas"

Luna: Oh no!

Shodai: Well, I see this as a win-win. I never liked you or Toho.

Luna escapes before the building is incinerated, but the blast is so intense that it leaves her with 2nd degree burns, causing her to fall.

Shodai: There you are.

Shodai charges his atomic breath, and with Luna temporarily incapacitated, there is no chance of escape.

Luna: NOOOOOO!!!

Kiryu, Mothra, Kong, and Ghidorah try to intervene, but before they could, a blast made contact with Shodai and causes him to stop and fall.

Kiryu: Mothra was that you?

Mothra: No, I didn't do that. Ghidorah?

Ghidorah: No, I didn't do that.

Kong...What are all of you looking at me for? You know I can't do that!

Luna: Wait, I know that atomic breath. It's...

She is cut off when jets fly overhead, along with some of Equestria's royal guardians. Stomps, loud ones, are heard. It sounds like thunder, but as it gets closer, it is clear those are footsteps. A figure starts to take shape, and it appears to be...Him.
