Ok fr now:
Fireballs (Has big fireballs, which are highly incinerary to other monsters, with impeccable aim and using one of these to kill a Gyaos)
Self Destruction (He can self destruct, when there is no other option, and he killed a flock of Gyaos when using this along with himself)
Flight (It's mentioned by gamera creators or something that he can fly, though never shown)
Weaknesses:
I actually don't know since I haven't watched the film yet, but by what I know his weakness could be flocks and supersonic stuff when he lost his footing in the film because of a supersonic scalpel.
I'd say a 5.1/10 with a medium durability. Remember, Gamera monsters are weaker than many other monsters due to their terrible size and weight.
