Minimates are a brand of 2-inch, poseable, plastic figures made by Diamond Select Toys. The first set of Godzilla figures were released in November 2014 to celebrate Godzilla's 60th anniversary and another set was released in January of 2015. A third set was also released in March 2016.
Series 01
- Godzilla - This figure is based off of the MegaroGoji suit.
- Mothra - This figure is based off of the ShodaiMosuImago puppet.
- Titanosaurus - This figure is based off of Titanosaurus from Terror of Mechagodzilla.
- Gigan - This figure is based off of the ShodaiGigan suit.

Series 02
- Hedorah - This figure is based off of the ShodaiHedo suit.

- Atomic Godzilla - This figure is based off of the MegaroGoji suit and has a removable atomic breath piece.
