Wataru Mimura (三村 渉,   Mimura Wataru) was a Japanese screenwriter. He wrote the screenplay for Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla II and contributed to four of the six Millennium Godzilla films. Mimura passed away on August 26, 2021.
