Plot
Many years ago G-Force would build a top secret city called Rossuem in hope of a final trump card against Godzilla but however the project goes horribly wrong and one of the lead scientist disappearing and the project being scrapped with G-Force sealing the site off.
Years later when a G-Force exploration team came back to it ordered to reactivate it to fight off a rampaging Godzilla where they found a female android build with a human like appearance created by the lead scientist of the program. It was explained it was let out of control to prevent her from fighting Godzilla.
The G-Force would eventually befriend her and manage to convince her to override her program to reactivate the city to fight Godzilla.
The female android would merge with the A.I where she would make a giant robot body named Genocide Jaguar to fight Godzilla. Where G-Force members are distraught over changes but still retained her human like personality.
Genocide Jaguar would ultimately sacrifice herself and the city after unleashing all of the city’s weapons on Godzilla and seal herself, the city and Godzilla underground.
However Godzilla still lived and was ultimately a matter of time before he returns.
History
As one ideas for final movie of Hesiei Godzilla series focuses on Godzilla facing a Cyber City. Though it was scrapped because Yosuke Nakano said it it would be too complicated for a Godzilla movie but still liked the plot. [1]
