I wasn’t trying to win anything. I was simply stating that if the early/final designs (and the S.H. MonsterArts figure, which I happen to own) lacked scars, then there was no point for the lore to state that he has scars and burns. Take Nick Fury for example (let’s use the MCU Fury for simplicity): that’d be like if descriptions for the 2012 Avengers film merchandise stated he has both eyes, even though he’s clearly missing an eye. Catch my drift?
