Rhedosaurus is a scientific name in-universe, and like any such name, it's italicized. Everyone knows that, and it's italicized everywhere else, so why remove it? I'd like to put it back, as I've been italicising scientific names on this site, real or fictional, wherever I found them (except for Toho's names Gorosaurus, Titanosaurus, and Godzillasaurus).
Also, "40-foot" is correct, as only the single-digit numbers from 0 to 9 are usually written out as words, while all numbers after 9 are usually written as numbers to save space.
