Forum - If You were to create your own Godzilla universe. What would it be about?

My Godzilla universe, like everyone else's, would have most of the Godzilla monsters. The universe would be set up so that kaiju attacks are a regular occurrence starting in the 40's (there were monster attacks before though), and the Global Defense Force is established soon thereafter to protect the world, kind of like Pacific Rim. The first kaiju (not Godzilla) is created directly from the atomic bombing of Hiroshima. The first mech was finished by the U.S. but in standby during this moment because of the successful test of the atom bomb. The mech is deployed though, when an undocumented but authorized atomic explosion right on top of it fails during its trip toward America. Well, that's the backstory anyway.

Of course, this was the only monster for 9 years. The original mech was not refurbished because it was thought there would be no way another monster as powerful as the first one could arise. Of course here comes Godzilla. He destroyed Tokyo, and the Oxygen Destroyer is used to kill Godzilla...

Other kaiju start appearing. In response, more mechs are made. However, most of these mechs are no match for the kaiju.

Eventually aliens arrive and there's a huge arc of Earth being under siege by alien monsters, and the earth monsters--no matter how evil they seem--team up to stop the threat. However, it's not just the fate of the earth, but of the universe, as something truly insidious shows up that has the ability to tear matter apart.

It's too much to go into, I should write it all down sometime.

My Godzilla universe would have ALL Toho kaiju (not including AoT , cuz it's shit) The universe would be set up so nice and neutral kaiju would be in one team to protect the universe, while the evil kaiju are going to be in one team too. But monsters like Monster X and his form Keizer Ghidorah would be different character, the same applies to Rodan , Godzilla , Godzilla Junior , etc... And also, Xiliens and The Mysterians are in a war, but they don't have any kaiju under their control because good kaiju destroyed their ships with kaiju before so all kaiju that were in Xiliens and The Mysterians' control. Also the mechas like MechaGodzilla 2, MechaGodzilla, Mecha-King Ghidorah, etc... can control themselves and are also in teams, good mechas like Kiryu are in good team and and ones like MechaGodzilla are in evil team.

My universe would have the four big toku franchises (Godzilla, Ultraman, Gamera, King Kong) and some others. All of the monsters would exist in this universe and it would more or less follow the films and shows, but with and extra dose of crossovers.

Mines would have all Kaiju, and they all just fight to the death, with little humans reactions.

"Millions of years ago, the stars formed and Earth formed. Its cousin, the planet Terra, unnamed by astronomy, was cast into the void of space by massive impact. Time passed, and the oceans of the world were settled by the Atlantean aliens, forming three great cities, Atlantis, Lumeria, and Mu. Then the Atlanteans created the dread Gyaos to fight the mutating water snakes known as the Garasharp who grew to massive proportions from feeding on toxic waste. When the Gyaos defeated the Garasharps, they attacked Atlantis and its sister cities. Civil war over the responsible party ended in a nuclear exchange between all three powers. Atlantis went up in a massive fireball when their weapons stockpiles were struck by bio atomic torpedoes, causing a small nuclear winter that caused the Bronze Age collapse on the surface. Their one surviving creation of good, the bioweapon Gamera, continued to hunt the Gyaos unfettered. Sea creatures consumed the toxic runoff and residue of Atlantis, mutating into giant radiation-consuming monster, the most powerful of which would one day come to be known as Godzilla." just a little starting story

Now to actually answer what kaiju would be it in, i've already name dropped Godzilla, Gamera, Garasharp, and Gyaos. There would also be a lot of aquatic kaiju mutated from toxic waste, Iris and Legion from Gamera, Megalon and Manda, who are Atlantean monsters, Guilon from the Planet Terra, and probably some kind of Lumerian mech.

Now this may seem like a batch of complete crap, but I think it should be a universe with all of Toho’s Kaiju spreading across different dimensions (Phineas and Ferb, My Little Pony, Marvel, Etc.) and wrecking havoc, but Godzilla would be trying to bring back order with the help of Mothra, Rodan and Anguirus, and each dimension they would go to they would (sometimes) get another kaiju on their side... or (sometimes) face the villain of that dimension and fight their alien, mutant or mech kaiju (Mecha-King Ghidorah, Destoroyah, Spacegodzilla, Etc.). Their adventures would be recorded within a Movie or show you watch, A game you play, or even a comic book you read. Like I said, you might think it’s a batch of complete crap.... but I think it’s something.

Mine would probably be an alternate timeline of the Monsterverse. After Godzilla defeated the Mutos in 2014, different countries on Earth started preparing drastic measures to counter Godzilla and other monsters. Sometime after Godzilla: Aftershock, one of Earth's countries launches a nuke on Godzilla when he's resting in the ocean. The nuke powers Godzilla, giving him more abilities. Godzilla, filled with anger to humanity after the nuke was launched and exploded, he sets out to destroy civilization, making humanity at its lowest point yet. Other monsters would appear after Godzilla first attacked humanity, like Anguirus, Rodan, and Mothra. Mothra would actually try to make Godzilla stop his wrath, but to no avail. Anguirus and Rodan, being pawns of Godzilla, help him dwindle humanity, making the monsters the Kings of Earth.

alright im actually writing some comics so i can put the worldbuilding i have so far here

something similar to the showa and heisei eras happened, and now godzilla is the reigning king of monsters. he has gorosaurus as his second in command, and mostly spends his time hanging out with anguirus and rodan. most of the showa monsters are here, with a significant portion of heisei & millenium monsters (any that gave godzilla a run for his money) dead. godzilla has 2 kids: godzilly & minilla.

Ok so for mine which is entirely in my head because I never got around to actually writing has Godzilla living with a entire colony of Godzillas in the 40s (inspired by SD Godzilla World: Godzilla Kun and that animation by Vrahno) and he even finds Gojirin as a mate, but then everyone friggin dies as result of nuclear boom boom with Godzilla being the sole survivor, Godzilla made attempts over the decades to decimate humanity but was scared of what they might do to him, but then in the 2020s when monsters started appearing all over the place Godzilla decided to go frick up humanity and not spare anyone, a tourist who used to be a helicopter pilot named Josh is caught up in the attack on Japan and meets mutated animals in a science laboratory who gained human-like vocal cords (yes I know it's really out of place). Anyways with APEX deciding to fight back with big robots (with all of their original mechas being homages to several 50s-60s monster movies), Josh and another person become pilots for Mechagodzilla, Josh uses buttons, levers, and other controls for the weapons and the other pilot who uses motion capture for the movement. Anyways Josh and Godzilla develop a rivalry yada yada yada, aliens show up and Gigan, Megalon, SpaceGodzilla, and Monster X form a alien team who are basically a Team Rocket type team. Oh yeah Godzilla eventually overcomes his 80 year greif and finds love in the form of Newzilla, and adopt children. AND there is a stereotypical British chimpanzee (who is hairless) monster, a tiger monster who has 2 souls that take control, a tiger soul which makes the tiger behave like a tiger, and human soul who makes the tiger act like a human, yeah there's allotta stuff.
