Forum - If a scrapped monster appeared in a movie then would we remove from the scrapped monster catagory

I ask because Megalon hasn't been catagorised as one and Bagan has appeared in things that actually happened and he's still in the catagory. So is it specifically a movie that they have to appear in to no longer be in the scrapped catagory.
