Forum - Request for assistance regarding citing a booklet that came with a soundtrack

Hello, after seeing that there were some missing pages for some of the links on the Shin Ultraman Music Collection page I thought I'd have a go at creating them, since the booklet that came with the CDs had the lyrics and the credits for the songs, but it seems like there isn't a preexisting template for citations of this type that I could use for it. I haven't contributed to this wiki much in recent times so I am unsure how to either create a template to fix it or how to set things up correctly to where the bibliography entry could be connected to the reference without needing to use a template. Because of this issue I haven't created the pages as I didn't want the citations to be dysfunctional on them, so I was wondering if any assistance could be provided on this? It's entirely possible I missed something simple but I would appreciate the help.
