Forum - Unable to confirm account

After creating my account, I've been trying to confirm it, but the link that came in the confirmation e-mail was invalid. I cannot figure out what is wrong. There appear to be too many slashes in the link in the confirmation e-mail, and so something is clearly wrong. The e-mail starts with this:

To confirm that this account really does belong to you and activate email features on Wikizilla, open this link in your browser:

http:///wiki/Special:ConfirmEmail [....]

Should there be three slashes at the beginning of this? Even if I remove one, however, the link still does not work. I'm stuck. Help! Thanks in advance.
