Talk:King Ghidorah (anime trilogy)
Last Meal?
Since this Ghidorah killed the Exif aboard the Aratrum, and was about to eat the Earth while Metphies (with the Garbetrium) still on it, would it starve to death without a host to guide it? - GhydraGuy (talk) 04:53, 7 April 2019 (UTC)
Ghidorah knew what he was doing.
Destroyed Exifcalus, but didn’t wipe out its sapient inhabitants. Chose to provide them with “universal intelligence”. Consumes worlds after being offered them. Worshipped as a god. Summoned to give “a great demise.” Kills own followers. Dependent on faith and religious worship. Kills own summoners. Produced a portal into the void, its supposed domain. Puts Godzilla Earth through a lot of pain until it can’t defy physics. Shows fear and pain when Haruo (And in turn the Big G) stands up to it. Metphies dies telling Haruo that Ghidorah will be “watching” him. Haruo gets himself killed by Godzilla. Happy ending. No sequels.
Ghidorah manipulates his followers into straight up suicide. Haruo allowed Godzilla to kill him, knowing 100% well that he was getting rid of Ghidorah’s chance to come back. Ghidorah’s influence has many dark elements to it that show that he is evil. His own confidence in his knowledge and powers is what lead to his defeat. Metphies did say something along the lines of “your hatred burns bright” in his final moments as if he was possessed by Ghidorah through the garbatrium.
