Usage

This template is designed for linking to a magic word on the Help:Magic Words page. Since many magic words are built into the MediaWiki system and are not hosted as templates on the wiki, their usage comments are found on the help page. Thus this template quickly and easily links to it. E.g.

{{magicword|PAGENAME}} -> [[Help:Magic Words#{{#replace:PAGENAME|__|}}|{{#replace:PAGENAME|_|_}}]]

{{magicword|__NOTOC__}} -> [[Help:Magic Words#{{#replace:|__|}}|{{#replace:|_|_}}]]

For templates that are also magic words, this template should still be used unless the magic word specifically diverts the user to the template's usage section.

This template is similar to {{tl}}, which should be used for templates.
