This template is to embed YouTube videos easily. For 300px thumbnails (for infoboxes or merely smaller videos) use: Template:Ytt.
Explanation
With this template, you need to include a ">", and immediately after that, place the YouTube video ID (for example, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hnF7gKTY22M) -- so this template would be used as {{yt|>hnF7gKTY22M}}, which would produce this:
