Indeed. It would be dangerous for Legendary to try to incorporate ANOTHER Toho monster into the Monsterverse. The legal matters alone would be a pain. And besides that, Destoroyah would be the downfall of the Monsterverse the same way phase 5 of the MCU has brought forth so much hate in recent years. The story would become a mess and already existing plot holes would be stretched out. On top of that, it’s beyond lazy to just add in already existing characters.
