Name
Blubbin goes by several names, with Rubbinmahbelly being his oldest and most formal. His most commonly used name, "Blubbin", comes from a portmantua of the words "Blubber" and "Rubbin".
Design
Blubbin takes the form of a large mutated walrus, although usually adorned with both a top hat, and monocle.
History
Hailing from the frozen land of Alaska, Blubbin was once a peaceful walrus, with many important and exciting things to do on October 24th, 2077. Tragically, The day before was rather eventful, and his plans were put on hold following nuclear armageddon. Mutated by the nuclear Fallout©, Blubbin began wandering the world in search of new friends. He has recently discovered a large stockpile of cheese flavored snacks which he has begun hoarding.
His main goal in life is to feel good and make friends, whom he wishes to ensure also feel good at all times. By force if necessary.
