"Seven-Star Fighting God Guyferd") is a Japanese tokusatsu series produced by Toho and TV Tokyo that aired Monday nights at 6:30 from April 8, 1996 to September 30, 1996, for a total of 26 episodes. Divided into three cours of eight to ten episodes, it was primarily directed by Hirochika Muraishi and written almost exclusively by Hiroshi Ishii and Kazuhiro Inaba. It was the second of three Toho-TV Tokyo co-productions helmed by Muraishi, following up 1988's Cyber Cop and succeeded by 2003's The Gransazers. |
