Mr. Tako (多胡部長 is the advertising department director of Pacific Pharmaceuticals and a supporting character in the Tako Buchō, lit. Director Tako)1962 Godzilla film, King Kong vs. Godzilla.
Name
While only his surname is spoken in the original Japanese version of the film, John Beck's English cut of King Kong vs. Godzilla reveals Tako's given name as Yoshio. Since his surname is a homophone with the Japanese word for octopus (タコ, Furue mistakenly assumes tako)Sakurai is actually referring to Tako while alerting him about the Giant Octopus.
