Article description: (description ) This attribute controls the content of the description and og:description elements. | Titans (怪獣, Kaijū, lit. "strange beast" or "monster") are ancient gigantic creatures studied by the scientific organization Monarch. While Monarch initially deems any such creatures it studies as Massive Unidentified Terrestrial Organisms, once they are formally identified they are then classified as Titans.[1] All Titans are given both a "designation," which serves as their common name, and a "classification," which is a more formal name that begins with the term "Titanus." For example, Godzilla's designation is "Godzilla" and his classification is "Titanus Gojira." |
