Wasn't it used in Godzilla: King of the Monsters in the 2014 San Francisco flashback scene? I'm pretty sure it wouldn't hurt adding that to the design page.

The flashback seems to use DougheGoji, though the shot is so brief it's hard to notice without a pause button. Right now the design pages don't note when they show up via stock footage, but they should.
Yes, it was the DougheGoji in the flashback. I remember it clearly, due to the spines.
By looking at the dorsal plates although, they don't look like they resemble the 1954-esque dorsal plates like it has. My best guess would be the dorsal plates of the design were tweaked to resemble the 2014 ones specifically for that scene, thus explaining why they don't look that sharp and jagged. It does resemble the dorsal plates Godzilla has in the cover of Godzilla: Aftershock, though.
If that's the case, then I can only assume they kept his 2014 dorsal plates alongside some other aspects from that design specifically for that scene, though it's kind've weird to think about when looking at the GareGoji design and the seemingly 2014 styled DougheGoji at the same time, to be honest.
