Godzilla is a 4-Dimensional creature.... aka Alien, not from this world (universe). None monster are from Earth, all came from the 4-Dimension. (I'm guesing someone is not paying attention tho the show) lol
Also as far as I can notice you don't understand fully the anime either. The proof of that is that since first episode has been explained the 4-Dimensional stuff, end of the universe and monsters not coming from this world etc. yet to you they are from "Earth". See?
