Forum - Heisei Godzilla character development

For the most part I understand Hesei Godzilla’s character development. First two films he only came for that sweet sweet radiation and only destroyed what was in his way, next two films he started intentionally destroying, MechaGodzilla II he was after Baby Godzilla, SpaceGodzilla he was mellow cause his new son gave him peace, and then in Destroyah he went back to destroying again cause of the searing pain he was in from his meltdown. Only question for me is what made him start going out of his way to destroy starting in King Ghidorah. I’m guessing it was because of the agony the humans caused him with the ANEB or when he became even more mutated from the nuclear sub.
