Here’s a personal ranking of the Kaiju as villains based on there depiction and how their films handled them, along with their roles in the films:

4. MUTO couple- The MUTOs are great Kaiju, but I felt that at the same time, they came off as creatures fighting for survival in a changed world, so you can’t really see them as full on villains. Plus, I felt sad at the point when the Female MUTO was trying desperately to call to her babies after they were killed.

3. Skull Crawlers- While they are technically creatures with a similar role to the MUTOs, the Skullcrawlers were much less sympathetic than the MUTOs, depicted as being savage and sinister. Thus, they seem more villainous.

2. King Ghidorah- King Ghidorah gets this position as a very close second. Unlike the MUTOs and Skullcrawlers, he is not merely a creature, but an invasive organism from space, who has a villain-like goal: taking control of the Earth and manipulating it to his liking.

1. Mechagodzilla- This was tough, but in the end, I felt Mecha-G should get the top ranking. Through the purpose of a machine to kill Godzilla, along with the reason for his construction, Mechagodzilla captures the prevalent conflict in the MonsterVerse of man trying to overcome the Titans instead of coexisting with them.

Of course, this is just my opinion. If you like, you can share your opinions on this, or your own rankings, in the comments.

I think King Ghidorah is the most villainous of them all so far he gotten army under his command to attack all over the world he defeated Godzilla 3x until Mortha was sacrifice herself for extra power to make Godzilla into his second form

"Creo que King Ghidorah es el más villano de todos hasta ahora, consiguió un ejército bajo su mando para atacar en todo el mundo, derrotó a Godzilla 3 veces hasta que Mortha se sacrificó por poder extra para convertir a Godzilla en su segunda forma."

estoy deacuerdo con esto yo creo lo mismo aunque mecha g fue dificil tambien

  1. King Ghidorah - Easily the best incarnation of the character within the Godzilla films since Ghidorah, the Three-Headed Monster, as he is an evil space monster bent on wiping out all life on the planet that acts independently instead of an alien pawn like in the remaining Showa films, a fusion of three chibi cute monsters of terrestrial origins, a good guy of terrestrial origins or three strands of spaghetti.
  2. Mechagodzilla - Basically Kiryu except handled much better.
  3. Skullcrawlers
  4. MUTO couple

4. The MUTO'S. They have a great concept and I think that they have a great part in the lore of the monsterverse films, but they were executed rather poorly id say. The comics do much better id say. 3. The skull crawlers. I say this because I think that they aren't really villains per se. They are just another alpha predator on skull island. But they are put in the light of a villain because they did eat kong's parents. But overall a good villain. 2. This is a hard one but I would have to say Mecha Godzilla. I love this mecha Godzilla's design. But it does have its flaws like it being underpowered. Because it is quite weak. Godzilla was very weak and I believe that if godzilla was full of energy then mecha godzilla would pretty much evaporate mecha Godzilla. 1. Ghidorah. Kinda obvious because I personally love his design and he was perfectly made to fight Godzilla. He has all of the attributes that a ghidorah should have.
