For me, it's Destoroyah. His stiff movements and design just feel like what it could've been. All resemblance to the Oxygen Destroyer is lost the further he mutates. So he less becomes a living, breathing weapon of mass destruction and becomes more of a giant crab monster with a laser horn. But tell me what kaiju you think wasn't executed all that great?

Keizer Ghidorah should've done far more than just walk around and shoot gravity beams. Should've been more agile. They made his suit have 4 front-facing legs which obviously really limited his movement... while this isn't 1-to-1 the Queen Legion had an inovative way to portray this non-bipedal creature and they should've done more for Keizer. You can still have him be quadrupedal but have the guy on the back face back and give them better tokusatsu direction so they can have more dynamic movement.

Death Ghidorah got the bipedal thing down almost perfectly. Plus Death Ghidorah was a lot more interesting and visually appealing compared to Keizer. I would love to see an updated/reimagining of Keizer. His character has a lot of potential and deserves a redesign.

For me its Ebirah. He just didn't do much, and wasn't much of a challenge to Godzilla. They could have made him a deadlier sea monster, given him more abilities, or just made a whole different monster.

For me it's Moguera (The Mysterians) it was really just a tin robot that lumbered around and just destroyed building. He in the film for like 20 minutes and then it returned in the finally for like 15 seconds and then died. It didn't really seem that important in the movie at all, they could have done more with it, like make it more of a threat or actually have it attack in the battle between the humans and the Mysterians.

To be honest, he did do more than that. Remember how his heads bit into Godzilla and started draining his energy?

Now I do agree that Keizer Ghidorah is not very maneuverable. In comparison, not just Legion, but Biollante was also fairly maneuverable, despite its physical mass and the fact that she’s a plant

For me it was Anguirus from “Godzilla Raids Again”. He and Godzilla looked rushed in their design and something was off for me about the fight choreography.

For me it was Orga, and If you want to know my opinion in full,go to the Underrated Kaiju page. he didn’t really do too much that really peaks my interest now...it makes me sad that he wasn’t really pushed to his full potential in the movie. They could’ve had a Godzilla VS Godzilla battle, where it was even because both had the same abilities, but no,they just left him as he was(I know it might have been due to confusion but still).

Spacegodzilla for me obviously. I wish they stuck to one origin story, being the Biollante one, and keep the original name of Astrogodzilla.

King Ghidorah and SpaceGodzilla. King Ghidorah looked much goofier and more passive than he was built up to be. His heads just flailed around with no sense of direction and he just wasn't very intimidating. SpaceGodzilla was a boring design and could've done more to fight than he did.
