The official patch for the bug didn't work, so we're just going to disable upvoting/downvoting (the alternative is spending hundreds).

Probably never. It's a pretty minor feature for the amount of money it would cost to (maybe) restore.

The system really wasn't all that important, but maybe we could do a heart system. Where we can heart comments we like instead of there being two options.

That would also cost money to implement. If you like what someone wrote, you can just say so. :P

Yeah, it's just i don't want the the site to be flooded with comments like, "i like this comment" "facts!" and "your right".

I don't see that being a huge problem.
