Did you make the Godzilla Singular Point: Escape!! Radio Wave Monster Rodan! sprite sheets or find them somewhere?

I took them from the game website source gallery, so they are oficial and in the game files. I manage to get into wave 26 and i saw all of them, exept Salunga. He is problably in the final wave of the game.

It's very easy actually. Just right click the website with the mouse and select "inspect", then go to the "source" page and open the folders until you find the hidden images. It works on other websites as well, but not all of them.
