Was gonna make the page on including this Godzilla's abilities and weakeneses which neither page include. Plus it is ok for scrapped incarnations of Godzilla's enemies like White Rodan and even Ghost Godzilla yet not a scrapped incarnation of the Big G himself?

those have pages because those are separate kaiju not incarnation's of those monsters themselves.

Though Ghost Godzilla could be a incarnation in some sense since it's 1954 Godzilla brought back as a Ghost.

Though isn't White Rodan just a scrapped incarnation of Rodan with a fancy name?

Kiryu doesn't share the 1954 Godzilla page despite being the same character

White Rodan is an entirely separate Female Rodan

Then why I see a Sandbox of the 1994's design them?

Unmade designs for existing kaiju don't get pages either to my knowledge.
