Would bootleg Godzilla toys appearing in media qualify for mentioning on Godzilla in popular culture?

So, there is an educational software that I recently rediscovered after years of searching (Kidspiration 2 specifically) that I specifically remembered thanks to one of the symbols you could add being a monster toy that heavily resembled Godzilla. I've been thinking about adding it to the Godzilla in popular culture page, but the toy in question appears to specifically be a bootleg of Imperial's rubber Godzilla toy upon further research, so I'm not sure if it could be added to the page. Would it be able to or nah? Thanks! Btw here's the pic in question if you wanted to review it:

That's tricky. I want to say no, just because such figures are commonplace and the page is so long already... but we do include actual monsters with a strong resemblance to Godzilla on that page, and this is the same situation in toy form.
