Also, MrPenguin said that they have seen a spot were she said "we thought kong was the last of his kind, we were wrong", but it seems like nobody have recored that spot yet

I agree with Les here. While I personally believe that they're probably members of Kong's species, the fact that the line is so noticeably edited is kind of suspicious. Trailers and advertisements can be deceptive, hell for Rouge One they out right created a Tie-Fighter to appear in a scene soley for the marketing. I think it's best to wait for concrete confirmation on this one.
That spot would seem to frame it as referring to Suko, but you can also tell the line is heavily edited. I really think we should just wait for the movie to come out.
What about "The Great Apes"? When she said that, the trailer framed Kong, wasn't she talking about his species there?
