Can you do a kaiju profile on the Marvel Godzilla, in honor of Stan Lee?

I'm having trouble uploading an avatar

Everytime I attempt to upload an avatar I keep getting an error message. I follow the requirements to the letter but still no luck. I'm sorry if this is not the best place to go for this problem and I know you're probably really busy.

What does it really means when you get an alert that says a user wants to be your friend or foe?

I just found out a few minutes ago that four hours ago, LegeGoji wants to be my foe. I just want to know what that means because I haven't visited this site for much, except to read what was new or recent on the Kaiju pages.
