i was searching if there are any chinese kaiju movies and i found a image thats says there will be a kaiju movie called oldzilla when i looked it up i found a article on a fandom wiki called canceled movies wiki acording to the article oldzilla was going to be a 3d animated comdedy movie and the article said the movie was cancled due to conflicts with toho the page showed the poster and 2 peices for concept art, is this legit and if yes will this qualifie?

Yep, it's real. We don't have scope rules for unmade films yet, but by all rights this deserves a page. We already have pages for a number of films that ran into suspected or confirmed legal troubles with Toho, both made (Colossal, Heritage) and unmade (Star Godzilla, It Ate Cleveland).
