Hi, @les, I was a little bit confused on the one of the help pages. Do I need permission to create a page on myself?

If you're talking about a user page, anyone can make one. Currently, yours would be at UserWiki:Mechagodzillafan char1974.

If you go to your current profile at User:Mechagodzillafan char1974 it's using a social profile, but if you click the orange button in the top right, you can make it be a user page like the ones at User:Les, User:Titanollante, etc.
