Please, stop changing all uses of "mech" to "mecha." For our purposes they are synonyms, and there is no reason to universally only use one name and remove all uses of the other. We have been requesting that you stop making this change for a while.

I changed it in Godzilla: Tokyo SOS to match what was said above it in Godzilla Against Mechagodzilla in the Kiryu article. What's wrong with that? One time only, nothing more. I haven't done anything like that before this and I'm called out. This isn't fair.
However, I've now changed both of them to 'cyborg', since Kiryu is exactly that and not a mech/mecha.
" I haven't done anything like that before this"
Except you did this before.
Two months ago! that should count for something.
Please stop changing it to one or the other universally. It is a synonym, it doesn't have to "match." Everything does not have to match. We are asking you to stop changing wording for no reason. Not every term must be written the exact same way sitewide.
uh its still happening.
See your user talkpage, Zillaman98, for an explanation for my original term "cyborg/mecha" to describe Neo Gigan. Methinks the admins keep making a huge stink over what is basically absolutely nothing, since if anyone else did this, they'd let it slide, while I am constantly chastised after all I've done for them in the past. What I'm doing is not a crime and does not deserve chastisement, the way I see it.
Daimajin, we are not singling you out, we just have to constantly ask you to stop making edits because you make more edits than any other user on the site at a rate that is very hard to keep up with. Many of these edits are pedantic or unnecessary and you feel the need to change things page- or even site-wide without any admin approval. It results in other users and myself having to spend a very long time parsing through your edits to revert things that need reverted.
The reason we constantly leave these warnings on your wall is to ask you to please stop making the same edits that we have asked you to stop making and to just make our jobs a little easier. You continuously ignore our messages and continue the same editing patterns, and whenever you do respond you act as if we have it out for you and dismiss our genuine feedback.
This is getting tiring for all involved and you have demonstrated little to no willingness to listen to us and improve your edits. You have been given ample warning and received more second chances from the staff than most users who have caused issues. At this point our patience seems to have been useless and unless you start cooperating with us now, I'm afraid we will be forced to block you for good.
Please read my response instead of ignoring it or interpreting it as an unfair bias against you. I am trying to help you to help the site. If you can't understand that, there's nothing more I can do.
