I saw again recently the disney page and looked at the mecha-x4 there. May i be allowed to create pages for that exact series?

Short answer: no.

Works don't necessarily have to qualify for inclusion here to get mentioned in filmographies. We expand that to things covered by one of our affiliates, certain additional tokusatsu movies by Toho or Daiei, and things generally starring giant monsters. I presume Mecha-X4 meets the last one, which is why someone put it there. The actual criteria for shows is here. Very, very unlikely it qualifies.

There's the 1998 Mighty Joe Young remake, which has a sandbox to work on here. Otherwise I'm not aware of anything.
