The Evil Stare Monster (睨ムノ獣 Niramuno-jū) is a giant eyeball kaiju who first appeared in the 2007 film, Big Man Japan.
Design
The Evil Stare Monster resembles a headless plucked chicken with but with arms and an umbilical cord like that resembles an earthworm that ends in a human-like eye.
