My Monsterverse Headcanon: Jaegers and Gamera included
GODZILLA: SUB-ZERO 10 years after the defeat of Skar King, Shimo's crystals shatter all around the globe, freezing it but not to the point of an Ice Age. Titans dependent on fire like Rodan go into a deep sleep. Suddenly, the elderly Mark Russel detects a signal in one of the Hollow Earth portals, and sees that the cold was reaching to the Hollow Earth. Monarch sends Braver Athena to check on the freezing temperatures.. even thought Shimo was long dead. It turns out a Barugon fell into the Hollow Earth, freezing the climate. Braver Athena dispatched Barugon easily, but the freeze keeps leaking into the Hollow Earth to a point that when a Category 5 Kaiju was frozen to death by the cold. Eventually, Suko spotted the tundra over the hill and alerted Kong. The air was getting colder... and colder...
Monarch sent the reclaimed Obsidian Fury to heat up the surrounding area, in an effort to remove the ice. Eventually, Obsidian was able to make it to the rift without the sea freezing over, along with an approaching Godzilla. The ice age was blamed on the Precursors a long time ago, but the rift was acting weird. Suddenly, Godzilla was knocked back and Obsidian was sent flying through the water.
A skeletal creature, breathing heavily that looks similar to Ghidorah... but not quite.
