As for the information itself, we use whatever monster stats the U.S. and Japan do, regardless of if they are precise conversions of one another. While you are correct that 180 feet is closer to 55 meters than 54, the 54 meters figure has a citation and a note explaining that Japanese sources round it down to 54. By changing it to 55, it is actually you who is adding misinformation. You cannot change cited information without also changing the citation, or else the citation will no longer support what's written.
