Well in the Final Wars Super Complete Works and All Toho Mechanic Encyclopedia both say when showing the concept art for the New Gotengo/Gohten that it is a VERSION OF THE GOTENGO. They say specially "Gotengo from The War in Space."

Oh, i don’t think that i would really like to come back on Discord. But i am happy to hear that! I am certainly also of the opinion that the Gōten 1977/1988 is incarnation of the Gōten-gō and it seems redundant to give its own page as separate. It would be better to include it like the forms of Godzilla or of Mothra. Even the Gyōten-gō (仰天号) from Godzilla Island is included as incarnation of Gōten-gō in spite a different name.

Is there any other platform I could communicate with you over? Also, I'm not asking you to come back on Kaijucord or any other discord community but I understand why you wouldn't want to return.
