Daimon (ダイモン Daimon) is a demonic Babylonian yokai who appears in the 1968 Daiei film Yokai Monsters: Spook Warfare.
Development
This section is a Director Yoshiyuki Kuroda decided to cast Chikara Hashimoto as Daimon because he liked his use of eye movements as Daimajin, as well as other aspects of his performance in the Daimajin trilogy.[3][4]
Design
Daimon is a creature from ancient Babylonia with brown feathers, a raised skeleton, legs, and limbs, and resembles a bird of prey. He also wears a dark brown belt around his waist decorated with human skull motifs.
Origins
Daimon was entombed for four thousand years after destroying the city of Ur in Babylonia, until two treasure hunters unintentionally awoke him.
