Trivia
- The map in Houston Brooks' office has two photographs of Godzilla, along with a photograph of the male M.U.T.O. inside of its chrysalis and what appears to be a painting of Mothra, pinned to it.
- This comic introduces monsters that were conceptualized for Kong: Skull Island but did not make appearances in the film, these being the Psychovultures and Death Jackals.
- Aaron Brooks makes a passing reference to the character Ishiro Serizawa from Godzilla when arguing with his father, accusing him of being just like Serizawa and entrusting a giant monster to keep balance.
