Torema (トレマ) is an alien character created by Toho that first appeared in the 1997 Godzilla Island episode, Torema Appears.
Biography
Torema is a young, alien woman whose planet Torendiru was destroyed, when the Xilien, led by Zagres and assisted by King Ghidorah used mind-controlling towers to turn a local population of Jigora against the people of the planet. Torema was forced to kill her monster friend Jigora, and then, being probably the sole survivor of her species, fled to Earth and lived on Godzilla Island for some time, helping to protect the monsters from Zagres's onslaught. In the episode 125 Torema leaves Earth to defeat Zagres once and for all, but returned in the series finale.
