— Series tagline

Monster Magnitude: 9 (MM9-MONSTER MAGNITUDE- (エム・エム・ナイン),   Emu Emu Nain) is a Japanese tokusatsu kaiju series co-produced by the MM9 Production Committee and Mainichi Broadcasting System (MBS). It ran from July 7 to September 29 of 2010 on MBS, with streaming made available through a dedicated iPad application. Helmed by Shinji Higuchi, the series is based loosely on the novel MM9 by Hiroshi Yamamoto.

Plot

Episodes

The series' episodes did not originally have titles, and were simply broadcasted as "Episode 1," etc. According to director Shinji Higuchi, "I've only ever done movies, so I forgot to add a title to each episode[.]" For the series' DVD release, a contest was held to decide the episodes' titles, either through a form on the show's official website or by using the Twitter hashtag "#mm9_subtitle." Listed below are translations of the winning titles, as decided by Higuchi.[1]
