Well, in the case of the page there, you weren't even putting the image in the gallery.

There's no need to have [[File: and |250px]] when putting an image in a gallery. Also make sure the </gallery> is after all of the images. Get it?

A screenshot for the up coming second trailer for Godzilla King of The Monsters was posted on Twitter. I was able to upload the picture in the King of The Monsters Photo Gallery but was unable to put a new heading title trailer #2. How did you put the heading for trailer #1?
