Help with reference

Could someone please help me with Reference 56? I know I copied it right off of the Wikipedia article on The Legend of the 7 Golden Vampires, but it's not doing it like it should. Any help here would be greatly appreciated. I put back a link to the article; hope that helps.(talk) 16:57, 19 July 2021 (UTC)

Unfortunately, we don't have a template for citing magazines yet. Long overdue...--Astounding Beyond Belief (talk) 23:57, 19 July 2021 (UTC)
Thanks! I couldn't figure out for the life of me what went wrong with that reference. Hope the problem can be fixed soon, because I've still got it and would like to put it back.(talk) 06:06, 20 July 2021 (UTC)
The cite magazine template exists but is broken; {{Cite book}} can be used as a substitute if you use the |ed= parameter for the issue #, but there's no way to insert the article name. Les (main | talk) 06:13, 20 July 2021 (UTC)
Les, you'll have to show me how to write it out; I'm not that good at doing this. Please rewrite it as needed and print it out here, then I can put it in from there. Thanks!(talk) 17:02, 21 July 2021 (UTC)
{{cite book|title=G-Force|ed=issue #8|author=Lees, J.D.; et al|date=1 March 1994|publisher=Daikaiju Enterprises|page=7}} would produce: Lees, J.D.; et al. (1 March 1994). G-Force. Daikaiju Enterprises. p. 7. Unknown parameter |ed= ignored (|edition= suggested) (help); Explicit use of et al. in: |author= (help)
But as I said, the downside is you can't reference a specific article from the magazine. Ideally you wouldn't need to use the same template. Les (main | talk) 01:57, 22 July 2021 (UTC)
