Refurbished?

Although Gigan appears quite different in Gigan and Megalon, Kenpachiro Satsuma recalls that the same suit was used for both films, just "refurbished" between them. Time to combine the pages?--Astounding Beyond Belief (talk) 12:59, 26 May 2017 (UTC)

The pages were combined at one point, but were split up because the differences between the designs were very substantial. It would be very strange for a refurbished suit to be given an entirely new head, neck, buzzsaw, legs and back fins. With that much being replaced, it would have made more sense to make a new suit. Even if it is a refurbished version of the previous suit, almost every single piece of the suit appears to have been replaced. The King of the Monsters (talk) 19:51, 26 May 2017 (UTC)
