GvK opening credits (timestamp - 6:10)
I believe we need to discuss the meaning behind the tournament-looking graphic. It connects Methuselah to Scylla and the Queen MUTO and then to Ghidorah. Do we ignore it? Forget about it? Acknowledge it somehow?

- People put far too much weight into this statement IMO. I don't know how you get "it was never meant to be taken seriously" from "we were [busy] and some things got a little overlooked." Those statements don't resemble each other in the slightest. He's simply acknowledging that some errors slipped through, not saying the whole thing was a joke or meant to be ignored. It's the main title sequence of the movie! That said, "defeated" is quite vague, as are the lines connecting the boxes. With no way of knowing how they should be interpreted, I'd say the most it warrants is trivia. --Les (main | talk) 22:17, 15 May 2026 (UTC)
