I found a picture that I would like to upload to replace the one in Koji Uruki's page (since that one has absolutely abominable quality), but when I try to upload it, I get a message saying that the file type is not accepted. Do you know any ways I can change the file type?

Keep in mind, though, I have no confirmation that the man in the photo is Mr. Uruki. This is also only one of four photos I have found to be him after a quick Google search (one being one from this site and another being more pixelated than a 80's arcade game).
Unfortunately, that's Masaki Shinohara.
