Why was the page for the vampire doll deleted? Doesn’t it count having a page here due to being a kaijin created by toho?

Nope - you can see the qualifiers here. A major reason for us formerly having the Bloodthirsty Trilogy was the belief that Teruyoshi Nakano was the special effects director of its entries, but as you can read here, that is unproven and in most cases very likely untrue.

As the rules are currently written, the movies can't qualify either way because they aren't science fiction. Horror movies were removed from consideration after the Bloodthirsty Trilogy's deletion because we didn't feel there was anything else close enough to the site's scope to justify it, but we decided that that can be added back if evidence comes to light of Nakano directing FX for any of the vampires (Vampire Doll is the best contender IMO). Intimidatingly though, this would also qualify Shusuke Kaneko's My Soul is Slashed, four Haunted School movies, and three TV Tokyo series.
